Sponsored Content Policy

1. Editorial independence

   Critical Minerals Journal (“CMJ”) is an independent strategic intelligence briefing. Advertising and sponsorship do not influence CMJ's editorial coverage, analytical conclusions, publication schedule, or selection of topics.

2. Clear labeling

   All paid placements are clearly labeled using one of the following designations:
   

   • Sponsored
   • Advertisement
   • Partner Message

   CMJ does not publish paid placements that are presented as independent editorial research.

3. What CMJ accepts

   CMJ may accept sponsorships and advertising from:
   

   • Financial institutions and service providers (e.g., brokers, custodians, IR/PR firms, compliance/legal services)
   • Data and analytics platforms
   • Conferences, events, and industry associations
   • Technology, logistics, and industrial service companies relevant to critical minerals supply chains

4. What CMJ does not accept

   To preserve editorial integrity and avoid conflicts of interest, CMJ does not accept:
   

   • Sponsored editorial “coverage” of mining or resource issuers
   • Sponsored “research reports” or project profiles for issuers
   • Pay-for-coverage arrangements, including advertorials presented as analysis
   • Compensation linked to capital raises, transactions, introductions, or performance outcomes

5. Interviews and Media

   CMJ may conduct interviews and publish multimedia content (including video). Interviews are editorial products and are not sold as promotional placements. Guests may not review or approve editorial conclusions. Where a guest relationship involves a paid partnership (e.g., event sponsorship), CMJ will disclose that relationship.

6. Separation of Sponsorship and Editorial

   Sponsored placements are presented separately from editorial content. CMJ maintains a clear distinction between:
   

   • CMJ Editorial (independent)
   • Sponsored / Advertising Content (paid placement)
