Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or reading Critical Minerals Journal (“CMJ”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the publication or its associated website.
CMJ is published at criticalmineralsjournal.com and distributed via email. These terms apply to all content delivered through both channels, including free and paid subscriptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of CMJ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Nature of Content
CMJ is an independent strategic intelligence briefing providing analytical, informational, and industry-focused analysis on critical minerals, supply chains, technology, and geopolitics. All content is based exclusively on publicly available information.
No Investment Advice
Nothing published by CMJ constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, or commodity.
CMJ provides macro, sectoral, technological, and geopolitical analysis. It does not provide company-specific investment recommendations, target prices, or financial forecasts for any individual security. References to companies, projects, or jurisdictions are illustrative and informational only.
Readers should conduct their own independent research and consult licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any asset, sector, or strategy discussed in CMJ is not indicative of future results.

The author of CMJ may be employed in a senior role at a publicly listed company operating in the critical minerals sector.
CMJ is produced independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or published on behalf of any issuer, company, or government entity. All content reflects the author’s personal views and independent analysis, developed outside of any professional duties.
No non-public, confidential, or material insider information is used in the preparation of CMJ content.
For full disclosure, see our page.
